Return & Exchange

Exchange Policy:

There is no exchange policy as per customers liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our customers.

Return Policy:

All orders are final and non-refundable, but you can exchange an item in the event that an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchanges or returns should be brought to our attention within one week of receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honoured.

Refund Policy:

All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but they can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
All formals or bridals cancelled due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund. The customer is provided 7 days notice to pay. No refund of the advance payment.
